Welcome to Body & Mind Pilates
We offer group Pilates classes in Shardlow & Weston-on-Trent with the aim of helping you to improve your overall fitness and well-being.
Classes are suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. The number of participants is kept to a maximum of 12 to ensure individual guidance and modifications can be provided during the class, allowing you to learn and progress at your own pace.
Pilates focuses on core strength to develop good posture, mobility, balance and flexibility.

1:1 sessions (which include a postural assessment and allow a more detailed review of your exercise requirements and goals).
