Designed for complete beginners or anyone currently practicing Pilates who would like to focus on their fundamentals. During the workshop you will learn some key Pilates principles and then put them into practice.
Numbers are kept to a minimum to allow focus on the individual - so whether you're new to Pilates or looking to improve your technique there will be time to focus on your needs for effective movement.
