Body & Mind Pilates

I originally discovered Pilates when I joined a class to help recover from a knee injury. I found that I loved the holistic, mindful approach to exercise, plus it's benefits, so much that I decided to learn more about it. 

Now, as a Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor I aim to provide a warm, friendly welcome to classes, where I'll guide you through a full body workout, explaining the exercises and encouraging you to really develop a mind-body connection as you move. 

It's great to see students enjoying the class, progressing at their pace, and having some fun along the way.  I love teaching Pilates and helping people to improve their well-being by offering the opportunity to carve out a bit of time for themselves through a Pilates class.
