Class Information









£8 per class

or £37.50 for a block of 5 classes (to be used within 8 weeks of purchase)

or £70.00 for a block of 10 classes (to be used within 12 weeks of purchase)

How To Book

Due to keeping class sizes small, it's important to book a class.  Please email to book your place.

What To Bring

Mats - please bring your own mat to class.  If you are just starting out, or trying a class for the first time you are able to borrow one.

For mat classes: Overballs / Exercise bands / Head blocks - if you have any other Pilates equipment please bring this with you as it will often be used into the class.  

Group classes last for 55 minutes and are kept to a maximum number of 12 participants.

During a mat class you will be lead through a range of exercises designed to work all the key muscle groups of the body, with a particular focus on core strength, and improving mobility and balance. 

You'll need to complete a couple of forms before your first class so that we know your experience and level and any health issues/injuries we should be aware of.

What To Wear

You should wear comfortable exercise clothes that you are able to move freely in. Pilates classes are usually done in bare feet or socks.

Weston-on-Trent:  Village Hall, 47 Main Street, Weston, DE72 2BL.   Parking available in the car park opposite the hall (off the side road)
